When and how do I pay?
Payments are due at the time that services are rendered. Debit/Credit card payments are accepted for online payments.
How long are the therapy sessions?
Sessions are usually 45-60 minutes in length. Rates are available upon request.
How many sessions will it take until I feel better?
Therapy is an individualized and unique process that requires consistency and commitment towards making desired long term changes. Depending on the therapy goals and severity of symptoms, research shows that some people may feel better after 8–12 sessions, while others with chronic symptoms or trauma may require longer-term therapy.
